How To -- Merchandise Sales in the Forums
Sometimes, approved quantities of merch are higher than what a unit's members are able to purchase by themselves. If you find that you still have remaining quantities to hit an approved quantity (and price) break, you can request that the item be posted on the 501st Merchandise Currently Available forums.
This allows any approved 501st member to purchase within the run to your approved quantity. BUT, be careful that you specify if shipping is available internationally and have the costs ready.
When filling out the Merch Approval Form in the Holocron, there is a section at the very bottom to select if you want to make a run open to the rest of the 501st Legion approved members or not. If so, the Merchbot will post in the available forum on your behalf.
If you have already submitted the form and have decided to open the run up to hit minimums, you can email the LMBOs at MBO@501st.com and request the posting. It is recommended to reply to the previously approved merch request email so they have the information readily available and proof of approval.
