A Trooper on Every Continent

One of the more interesting accomplishments of the Legion this year is, at this point in time, having a trooper on each of the Earth's seven continents. The Legion began in North America in 1997 and quickly spread to Europe in 1998 and Asia in 2000. South America was conquered in 2001, followed by Australia in 2004. While there is no official Outpost in Africa, we do have a member of the French Garrison in Djibouti, East Africa, and most recently one of our Australian members is stationed in Antarctica as part of a research team (see issue #96 of the Star Wars Insider magazine for more about this southernmost trooper). This 10th anniversary year, the Legion is proud to claim it is a truly global organization!
