Black, non-textured, leather or leather-like material free from any visible adornment (straps, buckles, etc...)
Officer shoes may only be worn in conjunction with straight legged trousers, not with jodhpur style pants.
It is believed that these officers may wear black Chelsea/jodphur boots, as worn in white by the stormtroopers. This is not confirmed 100%, but would be an acceptable option.
For level two certification (if applicable):
Shoes must be shined as would normal military dress shoes.
