Raised by agents of the Empire and trained by the Inquisitorius division of Imperial Intellegence, Brakiss was sent to infiltrate Luke Skywalker's Jedi Praxeum. He later went on to create the Shadow Academy, a training facility for Dark Jedi like himself.

Required Costume Components

The following costume components are present and appear as described below.


Blankwhite.gif Hair
For 501st approval:
  • The blonde hair is cut short.



Blankwhite.gif Capelet
For 501st approval:
  • A deep red capelet covers the shoulders.
  • The capelet is open in the front, and includes a darker trim edge that is approximately 2.5 cm wide.
  • A leather or fabric strap is used to hold the capelet in place. This strap matches the color and width of the capelet, and it includes decorative brass rings on each end, as well as a brass anchor point in the center.
  • A narrow brown strap is tied to each ring, and passes through the center anchor.



Blankwhite.gif Shoulder Bells
For 501st approval:
  • Weathered shoulder bells with antiqued brass coloring are worn under the capelet.
  • The shoulder bells include a textured surface, and match the reference images in shape.
  • A narrow brown leather strap connects the front corner of each shoulder bell to the brass rings on the capelet.

For 501st approval:
  • A heavy brown fabric is used for the cape, which is approximately ankle length.
  • The cape is full, with a flowing silhouette.



Blankwhite.gif Tunic
For 501st approval:
  • The top third of the tunic is made with a dark burgundy fabric.
  • It has a square neckline, and the neckline is trimmed with a tan border.
  • Below the burgundy section, the vertical center of the tunic is made with a lighter red fabric which includes a row of four brass toned toggle buttons.
  • The outer third of each side of the shirt is made with a medium tone red fabric.
  • The same medium tone fabric is used to make the vertical piping that separates this color from the center red section, and it is also used for the long bloused sleeves.
  • Dark burgundy straps are worn around the elbows and wrists.
  • The tunic is nearly knee length.
  • The bottom edges of the tunic are decorated with brass corner plates.



Blankwhite.gif Obi
For 501st approval:
  • A very wide red or dark burgundy obi is worn around the waist.
  • This wrap covers the stomach area, and is bordered on the top and bottom by a darker reddish brown border.
  • Narrow leather straps are attached horizontally along the top and bottom borders, which are also secured by brass anchors.
  • Two straps are located to the sides of the top border, while a single strap is located at the center of the bottom border.
  • A brass colored oval medallion is worn at the front center of the obi.
  • Two small round studs are located in a vertical line above the medallion, while one round stud is located below the medallion.



Blankwhite.gif Double Belts
For 501st approval:
  • A pair of belts is worn in a crossed pattern across the hips.
  • These belts may be created from dark reddish brown leather, and include antiqued brass bars across the front.

For 501st approval:
  • The black pants are bloused where they tuck into the boots.

For 501st approval:
  • The black or dark gray boots are nearly knee high and have rounded toes.

For 501st approval:
  • The lightsaber is designed to match the reference images.
  • If bladed, the lightsaber blade is red in color.
