Republic Commandos were uniquely trained to work in groups as one. Known for his morbid sense of humor and a hatred of Geonosians, Sev was an efficient killer and loyal soldier.

In the page below, items listed in blue are recommended features that will improve the quality of the costume. Items listed in red are intended to further enhance the finished costume.
For 501st membership only the requirements in black need to be met.
IMPORTANT: Effective June 1 2012, the 501st will no longer be approving realistic interpretations of Clone Wars CG characters. The armor sculpt must match the character being recreated. See this thread at clonetroopers.net for the differences between the sculpts.

- Please note that the use of the word "should" below does not indicate that a requirement is optional. All instances of should will be replaced with must as this guide is completed.

| Required Costume Components

The following costume components must be present and appear as described below for approval .
|
|
|
| Sev Helmet For 501st approval:
- Helmet should have a bloody hand print running from the left forehead down to the right chin along with blood spatter across the face
- RC style Clone Helmet Matching Armor Color.
- The Helmet must be matte white base color with blood red painted details.
- The helmet must be weathered.
- Black / Dark Blue Mirrored Visor, Motorcycle Visor.
- Helmet LED holder on right side of helmet with LED bulb.
- BLue Illumination in Visor (Preferably EL Wire, LED and Acrylic Rod also acceptable).
- (2) Aerators.
- Chin greeblie detail piece
- Helmet must be weathered.
- Black band across back of helmet on top.
- Grey band across back of hemet on bottom.
- Grey down back of ridges in back.

| Sev Chest For 501st approval:
- Matte white base color with grey covering chest up to shoulder straps
- Blood red finger prints and blood spatter down center of chest
- Angled grey to white transition on shoulder straps
- Armor must be weathered.
- Chest and back plate should match together at the sides with no gap, just a seam line or glued together seamlessly.

| Sev Back For 501st approval:
- Matte white base color
- Demin blue textured color across lower back
- Blood Spatter across right kidney
- Armor must be weathered.
Chest and back plate should match together at the sides with no gap, just a seam line or glued together seamlessly.

| Sev Backpack For 501st approval:
- RC Backpack with 2 digit illuminated translucent ID number (07) and two handles mounted on bottom.
- The back pack shall attach to the armor without visible hardware.
- The back pack may be removable. If the back pack is removable the back of the armor shall be finished to match the rest of the armor.
- Backpack construction shall have no visible seams
- Backpack must be painted and weathered to match armor.
- Grey strip down middle of pack.
- Blue demin across lower portion next to kidneys.
- Blood spatter and handprints to match.

| Sev Shoulder Bells For 501st approval:
- Matte white base color with Denim Blue side color
- Blue will have have a scratched criss cross look to it
- Sunken detail piece in center of Bell
- Detail piece will be painted black with area around it painted grey
- Weathered to match armor
- Right shoulder bell will have attachment with 4 columns of blue staggered light.
- Legs of attachment will wrap to match bell and be black
- Body of attachment will be Grey.

| Sev Biceps For 501st approval:
- Matte White base color
- Blood smears and streaks to match armor
- Shield in side painted flat Black
- Must be weathered to match armor.

| RC Gloves For 501st approval:
- Black over the wrist tactical gloves made of leather, nylon, or other low pile fabrics.
- Gloves must not show any labels or logos once the armor is on and cover any exposed skin.
