| Code Cylinders
For 501st approval:
- Between 1 to 4 per costume may be worn.
- dosimeter style: silver tube with short clip, top should be colored blue
- crewman style: machined aluminum rod with flaring disc detail at top
- alternate dosimeter style: silver clip, no blue tip

For level two certification (if applicable):
- Only real or replica dosimeters may be used, not chalk holders.
- If only one is worn, it must be on the left side.

For level three certification (if applicable):
- Exact number, type and placement of code cylinders must match a film canon character along with correct rank and belt boxes combination.
