Republic Commandos were uniquely trained to work in groups as one. The leader of Delta Squad, RC-1138 (Boss) rarely talks, except to give orders.

Costume components:

1. Helmet: RC style Clone Helmet Matching Armor Color with Black / Dark Blue Mirrored Visor, Motorcycle Visor, Helmet LED holder on right side of helmet with LED bulb, Visor EL Wire (Blue), LED and Acrylic Rod also acceptable, (2) Aerators, Chin greeblie detail piece
The Helmet should be matte white or light gray base color orange painted flashing and details and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. |

2. Neck Seal: The neck seal has horizontal ribs, between 1/4" and a 1/2" thick. There is the 'bib' that covers the entire area within the neckline of the chest/back armor. The 'bib' should include the trapezoidal detail shapes and can be done with or without 3-dimensional features. |
|
3. Shoulders: Matte white or light gray base color orange painted flashing and details and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. Shoulder bells shall have recessed or attached resin detail in the centers. Right shoulder should have an additional covering with a white “handle” protruding from the side nearest the shoulder. |

4. Upper Arms: Matte white or light gray base color orange painted flashing and black or dark grey details and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. |
|
5. Elbows: Armor should be matte white or light gray base color orange painted flashing and details and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. |
|
6. Forearms: Armor should be matte white or light gray base color orange painted flashing and details and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. Front/back construction - Seamless with raised or attached resin detail on the tops. |

7. Hand plates: Armor should be matte white or light gray base color orange painted flashing and details and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. |

8. Black Gloves: Black over the wrist gloves made of leather, nylon, or other low pile fabrics. Gloves must not show any labels or logos once the armor is on and cover any exposed skin. |
|
9. Chest: Matte white or light gray base color orange painted flashing and details and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. Chest and back plate should match together at the sides with no gap, just a seam line. |

10. Back: Matte white or light gray base color orange painted flashing and details and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. Chest and back plate should match together at the sides with no gap, just a seam line. |

11. RC Backpack:
- RC Backpack with 2 digit illuminated translucent ID number (38) and two handles mounted on bottom.
- The back pack shall attach to the armor without visible hardware.
- The back pack may be removable. If the back pack is removable the back of the armor shall be finished to match the rest of the armor.
- Backpack construction shall have no visible seams
- Backpack shall be painted and weathered to match armor.

13. Butt Plate: Matte white or light gray base color and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. |

14. Upper thighs: Matte white or light gray base color and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. Front/back -Seamless construction. |

15. Knees: Matte white or light gray base color and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique.
16. Lower Legs: Matte white or light gray base color and weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique. |

17. Black Undersuit: One or two-piece black undersuit. The suit may be smooth in appearance or have vertical ribbing with no visible labels or logos. Common one-piece suit options include; dance unitards, or diveskins. Sports compression wear, top and bottoms, is a standard option for two-piece undersuits. |

18. Boots: White, tall enough to cover the ankle and eliminate any black undersuit visible at the ankle area in armor. Boots must be lace-less and have flat soles. The boots have armor detail to include a natural seam at the toe and a strap that goes over the top of the foot with two protruding disks at each side of the strap. There should be no markings or labels from the shoe makers. |
